Weekend Warriors: Organizing Colored Paper

Hi friends! I’m back for day two of October Organization with my Weekend Warrior gals! If you missed yesterdays post you can read all about how I organize my classroom listening center here
Today I’m going to share with you how I organize my precious colored copy paper. I might be slightly obsessed with Astrobrights Colored Paper. I’m very protective over my paper. One of my sweet coworkers always says “there goes Marcy with her bright paper.” It’s true ya’ll, I love it. #teacherproblems #IHeartBrightColoredPaper.

All of my precious paper is stored in hanging file folders in my filing cabinet. It is organized by color and type. My copy paper is at the front and my colored card stock is at the back. I put colored paper on my school supply list each year and most of the time it will last me the entire year. I had so much this year, that it wouldn’t all fit in my cabinet so I had to put some on a shelf for later.
Isn’t that a B-E-A-UTIFUL sight?? #iknowihaveproblems #coloredpaperannoyanmus

I didn’t have room in my filing cabinet for my construction paper so I use paper trays to store it on top of my filing cabinet. This way it doesn’t take up much space and it is easy to pull a sheet quickly when I need it.

Are there any other color paper aholics out there? 🙂
